Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping — delivers within 2 to 4 business days
Express Shipping — delivers within 1 to 3 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window please contact us at hello@trycatalysthealth.com and we will make it right. Every order is covered and we will either reship or refund at no additional cost to you.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window please reach out to our support team and we will assist you immediately.
